Happy Birthday (and comics)!

I’ll keep this one short. I’ve got some hopeful job related activity to take care of, but I wanted to get a new post up.

Happy Birthday America! Ya don’t turn 250 every day! As someone who cooks, I hope you all ate well! Hopefully something grill related, red/white/blue, or apple pie! :D More than that, I hope you had someone to share it with. I split a few sous vide porterhouse steaks with my parents, complete with sides.

Not to waste an opportunity to talk about comics either, I also picked up a high-grade copy of Peter Parker Spectacular Spider-Man #42 that I’ve been dying to get my hands on. It also just happens to have the Statue of Liberty on the cover!
